About WROCKETTE

Wrockette:
n. A woman that ROCKS IT!

IT = play, work, LIFE.

THE HARD WROCK LIFE:
No one is a finished product. Life is a perpetual project. Being beautiful in the struggle is not enough. It takes AMBITION, INSPIRATION, PASSION, LOVE, and LUST.

The fuel for your journey.
The fuel for winners.

What we do...
Provide a daily dose of "WROCKETTE FUEL" through the use of imagery and quotes.

Beautiful people inspire. They make us stop and stare, our hearts race, our imaginations soar, and our memories rekindle. -- Jose Luis (photographer)

We cannot discount the fact that photographers make much of this possible, so you'll find credits listed for each posting and links to available portfolios to some of them below.

Greg Hadel of Hadel Productions (photographer)Newport Beach, California
[This is my first time featuring the work of a photographer and I’m extremely happy to do it. To all the prospective women and models out there that e-mail me about who shoots great photos, I’m letting you know, right here, right now.]
Greg has been a photographer for 18 years, over half of many of your lifetimes. His first 10 years of profession photography was based in the advertising, corporate, and stock photo fields. He has worked with nuermous Fortune 500 companies and other well known organizations, that include: IBM, Microsoft, HP, Blue Cross of Calfornia, Carl’s Jr Restaurants, and the LA Dodgers. His scope is enormous!
In 2003, Greg decided to expand the horizon of his creative talent and sought to produce model calendars: Asian Beauty, and Asian model sensation Kaila Yu. The calendars were critically acclaimed and subsequently featured on national television shows. This set the stage for him to produce photography for many of the top mens magazines: Maxim, Maxim.com, FHM, Stuff, Athletic magazizine (MAQ), MMA magazine, Chilled magazine, and more. His work is also see in the promotions for the following swimwear companies: Becca, Liz, Bang, Capristan, Tyler Rose, Jamaican Style.

A little Q & A with Greg

		Is this your primary job?
yes its the only thing i do
What do you enjoy doing outside of photographing beautiful women?
hiking, traveling, art, exploring, road trips
How did you get your start?
i started assisting pro photographers in O.C. and L.A., i did that for 6 years while gaining clients and starting to shoot on my own.
What is your most prized piece of equipment for photography?
Has to be my Canon 5d camera
What is most painstaking about your job?
			photoshop!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
What is the most daring or experimental shoot that you’ve ever done that turned out great in your eyes?
not necessarily daring, but my favorite shoot was shooting in Costa Rica with 3 great models and coming away with some of my best work
Who is the one model you enjoy working with most, and why?
i honestly can not pick one model, the ones i shoot with the most are the ones i like working with, simple but true.
For most people, being a photographer affords you the opportunity to be very close to models, any encounters/experiences you mind sharing with us that would never have happened if not for this type of networking?
Just the fact of making some great friendships along the way. Also seeing models blow up after featuring them with my photography, thats very gratifying.
Whose work do you enjoy outside of your own?
there are alot of great shooters out there, like antoine verglass, bruce talbot, definitely keeps you humble.
Why should models choose you for a shoot?
EXPERIENCE. also the quality and time i put into my work
