While many of us who have fallen in love with the show “Heroes” on NBC, know who Dania is, there are quite a number of you who have not a clue about any of the characters. Dania plays Maya on the show who possesses a power that is powerful, yet scary at the same time. I won’t spoil it for any of you late band-wagoners though. Most of us never had a second though about Dania, until she came in contact w/ Mohinder and suddenly got a huge wardrobe upgrade. This was probably her first big and notable break. In the past you’ve seen her in The Sopranos, as Callisto in X-Men: The Last Stand, and several music videos for artists including: Jay-Z’s Streets is Watching, LL Cool J’s Hush, and Santana’s Into the Night. She was initially discovered by a modeling scout while working in New York City at a convenience store at the age of 15. Catch the show for more of this wrockin’ Dominican.
