Somebody personally emailed me and demanded that I included more people of color while I was already representing under-represented models here at WROCKETTE. I told him something along the lines of it being especially difficult to find models that most people would agree are “dime-pieces.” They really are hard to come by. And if you know something I don’t, about where to find more colored women, drop me a line.
Nicole is a hot sauce blend of several spices that include: German, Irish, Indian, and Black. She was born in Jamaica and raised there until the age of 19. She landed herself in New York city soon after, and well… it’s a tough town. But the fearless beauty describes herself as unafraid of: living, dying, getting her hands dirty, breaking a sweat, being caught in the rain, making an ass of herself, saying exactly what she thinks, being cornered, being jailed, sleeping alone, and taking a bullet for loved ones. Quite a list! She is a girl of beauty and substance who also enjoys sewing her own buttons and hem-lines onto her own garments, shopping on Rodeo (balla), cooking her own meals, and eating spicy wings to the tune of football, basketball, or soccer. Dayum. Need I say more? Maybe, if I get an interview back…
